Thanks to Robin Research for highlighting Tasmea Limited (TEA AU).

I also think TEA's short track record on the stock market is a minus. If it can show revenue growth and maintain margins during the next downturn, this would be a big plus.

I decided to pass because the consensus seems to be underestimating its cyclicality. TEA's revenue declined significantly during the previous downturn around FY15 and FY16.

The major shareholders and directors also face conflicts of interest from their ownership of TEA’s key M&A advisor.
