Introduction

All beginnings are difficult

I am very happy to start sharing my company investment theses on this blog as a private investor passionate about the investment universe in stock market.

I write the theses from scratch and develop them with my own methodology that has worked well for me over the years.

My investment strategy is based on selecting quality companies with MOAT and an interesting risk-reward double-digit annual return target.

I hope that can contribute my ideas to the investment community and enjoy the road ahead together.

1. Objective

The objective’s project is adding value to private investment community through articles and ideas about small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

I believe the private investor can benefit from “hidden” and “sleeping” SMEs not followed by institutional investors which is difficult for them to invest in a non-liquidity stock market environment.

2. Approach

The investment approach could be defined as follows:

• SMEs

• Bottom-up

• Long-term

• Quality, value and growth, equally

• Compounders and serial acquirers
